As a real estate broker, your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and networking using KW's proven systems and models.
Presenting properties and collaborating with buyers.
Marketing real estate and working with sellers.
Answering calls for new business.
Negotiating contracts.
Following up on sales.
Organizing events such as open house parties.
Building a team and increasing profits.

Job Description:
Create real estate listings by establishing relationships and contacting potential sellers; meet them at community events.
List properties by evaluating them, recommending improvements to increase salability, collaborating with appraisers to set a competitive selling price, and finalizing contracts.
Develop your buyer portfolio by meeting prospects at community events, welcoming walk-ins, placing ads, and responding to inquiries.
Close sales by understanding buyer needs, matching them to available listings, arranging property visits, highlighting benefits, negotiating offers, suggesting adjustments, and drafting contracts.
Stay updated on industry knowledge by studying listings, visiting properties, participating in training, reading specialized publications, maintaining your professional network, and participating in professional and community organizations.
